Gaelic Glasgow Map
illustration + graphic design

Delivered as part of the wider cultural programme for the XX Commonwealth Games 2014 in Glasgow. Dress for the Weather were asked to create a map of Glasgow that highlighted and celebrated the Gaelic culture of Glasgow as well as the wider influence of Gaels within the city, it was an inniciative from Glasgow Life.

While I was still figuring out the glaswegian way of speaking, I’ve been taken part in The Gaelic Glasgow Map & Guide, at this particular job I got the chance to learn history and culture trough design process and architectural readings. It was a short period of less than 2 weeks, where I created illustrations, and worked with graphics and layout design.
